We have a thing for history.

Old houses. Old farmsteads. Little cottages that have been standing longer than most of us have been alive. Places with quirks, history, and eccentric vibes.

We’ve always been drawn to them.

Sometimes that means bringing an old house back to life. Sometimes it means looking at an old farmstead and imagining something entirely new there. Either way, we start with what makes a place itself.

We don’t make them perfect and we definitely don’t make them all the same.

We keep the quirks. Add the details we’d want if we were staying there ourselves. Make the bed ridiculously comfortable. Find the spot where the morning coffee tastes best. Think about where you’ll put your book, hang your towel, or sit outside when the sun goes down.

Because a good stay isn’t really about square footage or a list of amenities but rather how you feel when you stay.
